Our jewelry may contain natural gemstones. Because natural gemstones are formed by nature, slight variations in color, inclusions, texture, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases.

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us at exxoejewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
