Thank you for shopping with exxoe! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Carrier We ship all orders via USPS.

Delivery Timeframes Delivery times vary depending on your location and the USPS service used. Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve the issue with USPS on your behalf.  Once the package is in USPS’s possession, USPS assumes responsibility for the shipment. All packages are fully insured, and in the unlikely event that an issue arises, we will work directly with USPS to help resolve it.
